This introductory class teaches participants ways to improve their overall mind, body and spirit through a series of slow continuous movements.
This is a recurring event. Registration closes 9/11/18 and you must attend one of the first two classes to continue. If the class is full and you are interested in future classes, please put your name on the waiting list.
