The movements of the Chinese martial art Tai Chi can increase balance and flexibility, as well as reduce the risk of falling. This free twelve week class teaches participants ways to improve the health of their mind, body, and spirit through a series of slow, continuous movements. It does not matter how strong or flexible you are, as Tai Chi is designed for people at all levels of health. Please call the library for details.
