Have you previously participated in one of our Tai Chi workshops? If so, join us in this fun, low impact exercise and maintain your muscle strength and balance! This free workshop is sponsored by The Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative, a program of the Donald W. Reynolds Department of Geriatric Medicine.
