Join us in this fun, low impact exercise and improve your muscle strength and balance! This free workshop is sponsored by The Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative, a program of the Donald W. Reynolds Department of Geriatric Medicine.

Classes will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from November 5th through December 12th. Please contact OHAI Central at 271-6424 or to register.
