Join us in this fun, low impact exercise and improve your muscle strength and balance! Open to ages 13 and up. This free workshop is sponsored by The Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative, a program of the Donald W. Reynolds Department of Geriatric Medicine.

Classes will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from August 20th through September 26th. Please contact OHAI Central at 271-6424 or CentralOHAI@ouhsc.edu to register. For safety reasons, participants must attend by the 3rd session in order to join the class!
