Birds are some of the most talented...and NOISY...musicians in the critter kingdom, but what does all that tweeting, squawking, honking, and hooting really mean? We'll explore the difference between songs and calls, play "Name That Tune for Bird Brains", and meet a few critters along the way.

Sloan found a large rock dating back to the Cretaceous Period. But she quickly discovers that it is not a rock but an unhatched dinosaur egg. Willameana, the unsuccessful chief wants to use the egg to make an award-winning omelet. They both are determined to control the future of the egg.

Rock Your Paintbrush

Listen to music and draw like you are dancing! In this mixed media project, little artists will close their eyes, listen to rock music, and let their hand dance across the page. We'll draw lines that swirl, twirl, and rock-out in response to the music. Then we will paint watercolor on top of the dancing lines to create colorful finished compositions.
