In Africa there is a saying, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Join us at the downtown library in celebration of National Novel Writing Month! Plan on going far and fast and doing it in fellowship with seven sessions to inspire, inform, and motivate you to complete your novel throughout the month of November. Whether this is your first attempt, or the resolution of your ten-part fantasy epic, come create in camaraderie at the downtown library.

Session 1 - Humble Beginnings

Are you a planner? Do you have every aspect of your plot written in a storyboard? Or are you a pantser? Do you write as the words come to you? These are some of the questions we will attempt to answer in our first session. Participants will be provided with writing resources available at the library and given the opportunity to sign-up for NaNoWriMo online
