Reading Buddies
This summer, teen volunteers are paired with kids to help them read at least 20 minutes a day, boost their skills, and get them excited about reading and the library. This is not a tutoring service; our goal is to help kids enjoy reading.

This is a recurring event and takes place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in June and July, beginning June 9.

Summer Play and Storytime
Sharing in playtimes is an excellent way to help children build social skills, promote learning and discover that the library is a destination for fun! We will conclude our play time with a brief educational storytime with music, rhymes, movement, flannel board activities and a brief story. Choose the 9:30 or 10:30 session. A professional librarian will lead storytime and share tips on reading readiness.
